Adam is a kind and charismatic member of our carpentry team. Previously a cabinet maker specializing in joinery, he now brings his skills to Greenscape while eagerly learning new techniques and expanding his expertise. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, hitting the slopes snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors.
Elliot brings the perfect mix of light-hearted energy and focused professionalism to every site. Since joining Greenscape, he’s consistently delivered high-quality carpentry work and naturally stepped into a mentoring role, guiding apprentices with patience and skill. Now a valued Site Manager, Elliot keeps projects running smoothly while maintaining a positive atmosphere on site. Outside of work, you’ll find him surfing, diving, rock climbing, and chasing any adventure the outdoors has to offer.
Harry was the first apprentice to join our South Coast team since Mitchum—now our South Coast Project Manager—and he’s followed a similar path of dedication and growth. Having completed his apprenticeship, Harry has stayed on as a core part of the Greenscape crew, consistently delivering strong carpentry work and showing real promise as he continues to develop his skills. When he’s off the tools, Harry enjoys spending quality time with his family, travelling, and heading to the snow whenever he can.
Mitch is one of our most experienced Site Managers and a long-standing member of the Greenscape team, having joined us in 2019. A highly skilled carpenter with a calm, capable approach, Mitch consistently leads projects to a smooth, efficient, and timely finish. His reliability, experience, and leadership make him an integral part of our South Coast operations. Outside of work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and keeping active with sports.
Andy is the founder and owner of Greenscape Constructions, combining over 20 years of hands-on carpentry and building experience with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. Before fully dedicating himself to building, he spent 10 years teaching communication, personal development, and project management skills. Passionate about unique builds and sustainable construction, Andy loves discussing innovative ideas for homes and projects. When he’s not running building sites, you’ll find him spending quality time with his daughters or out in the water.
Seven years ago, Mitchum and his loyal dog, Hunter, joined Greenscape as a mature-age apprentice. His strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and positive attitude made him an easy choice, and he quickly became a valued member of the team. Now leading the South Coast team, Mitchum runs some of our biggest and most complex projects, while still jumping on the tools (when he's allowed), problem-solving, and helping bring unique homes to life. Most weekends are spent out on his boat, exploring the bush, or keeping his young son, Jai, entertained.
Ben can soar to great heights when needed—both literally and in the way he leads. With strong leadership qualities and a calm, capable presence, he not only manages projects but plays a crucial role in the overall success of our South Coast team. He keeps a close eye on every job and supports the crew to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. He’s also the only one in the crew who gets asked for a signature even when he’s not applying for a loan—a running joke that perfectly captures his reputation. When he’s off the clock, Ben loves spending time with his son and dog, and you’ll often find him out enjoying motocross.
Incorporating our experience of working with State-of-the-art modern Architectural designs, Heritage buildings, FZ Bushfire construction, Green & passive house construction & design methods, has allowed us to develop diverse and broad experience which suits all clients & Designers.
Our Project Management is second to none. Keeping everything on track whilst also allowing flexibility in design and approach is key to what we do. We use modern technology and processes such as GanttPro, Autocad, Trimble, Bimx, and importantly, synchronized Cloud Dropbox for file sharing allowing the entire team, including architects and clients to always be up to date on the progress.
With our dedicated team of highly trained staff, externally and internally, we have the hours and experience necessary to accomplish any project. Having worked alongside many Architects, Engineers, Interior designers, Lighting designers, Landscape Architects, we can coordinate the most complex of projects.
